The warranty works and applies if the customer immediately reports the problem to the service.
The warranty shall cease to be valid if the defects have not been rectified (replacement parts, additional repairs have been made) for which the customer has been alerted. If, during the warranty period, the customer has performed additional repairs (repairs to the nodes for which the warranty has been given) to another service. The warranty repair shall be carried out after prior agreement with the customer.
